Yours Love,

I wish you all a very happy Whitsun!

You haven't heard from me for a long time. Now I'm all the more pleased to be taking a step into the public eye again.

Over the past six months, I have devoted my attention to my family. We have done everything we can to give our 89-year-old grandma a good time. She was a little tired of life for a while.

Everything has now found its rhythm and a time structure so that I am once again able to offer transformation evenings, seminars and the further development of "Spiritual Essence" in the second half of the year, in which I accompany six people individually over four to six months for a life change. I maintained the healing work on the premises in Ahrensburg and the remote treatments.

That's how I've divided my energy to maintain resilience in the family and for my vocation. And I'm very happy that the coronavirus situation has eased.

So we had two challenging events at the same time. How was it for you? Were you able to maintain your resilience in these turbulent times? How are you doing now?

We know and master our daily routine tasks. But what happens when situations develop differently than usual?

What happens when the ability to act, the optimism is clouded by negative events? What happens when confidence fades? Or were you able to shape your life with the deepest confidence, inventiveness, sensuality and strength?

In my view, it is particularly important to take care of yourself, to follow your inner voice and to maintain your mental resilience. There is a wide range of methods and ideas worldwide on the subject of stress management and self-healing.

For me, self-care topics include identifying personal sources of strength, a loving, constructive mindset, a good diet, plenty of exercise, maintaining social networks, media hygiene and meditation. Fresh air and healthy sleep round off your well-being and strengthen your resilience. How is it for you?

Every way of dealing with crises is individual. Therefore, everyone can find out for themselves which aspects are particularly important for their own resilience in this situation.

How do you maintain resilience?
We could gather as many loving moments and constructive emotions as possible. We could go in search of a higher purpose in life. We could incorporate mindfulness, clarity, tolerance, compassion and warmth for ourselves and others. In my view, it is important for harmonious coexistence and the preservation of resilience to take time for ourselves and to take a look inside ourselves.

The activation of the self-healing power through meditation and the associated cleansing of the subtle body, which surrounds us as an aura and allows life energies to flow into the physical body via the chakras in the meridians, are my top priority.

For me, the spiritual power that is inherent in everything is an extraterrestrial source of strength that flows into worldly events and can thus fill our naturalness as human beings with life energy, quality of life, vitality and joie de vivre.

If we consciously take the spiritual source with us on our journey through life by means of meditation, it enriches our everyday life with courage, relaxation, performance, concentration, health and resilience.

If certain strategies, meditation and personal reflection are no longer helpful, it can be a relief to ask for professional support in order to shed light on your own psychological resilience from a different angle and explore new avenues.

In deep connection, I wish you from the bottom of my heart that you always maintain your own connection to the primal source of being and thus strengthen your resilience.

You are cordially invited to enjoy my healing meditations again, to strengthen yourself and to look deep into the innermost part of your soul with my help.

All the best Julia

Go to a place where you feel safe and comfortable.

Take a chair, the couch, the bed, a meditation cushion or a soft surface and perhaps light a candle.

The important thing is that it feels good, that you can relax and come to the Ruhr.

Make yourself comfortable. Close your eyes.

If you don't manage to close your eyes straight away, the candle will remind you of your innermost light. Gently try to calm down again and again.

Breathe in deeply, calmly and consciously through your nose a few times at your own pace. Enjoy how your breath flows through your whole body and breathe out again through your slightly open mouth.

Come into your body and relax.

After a few conscious breaths, continue breathing as usual without consciously influencing the breath.

Now direct your attention to your true presence and feel connected to the original source or your heart.

Enter into basic trust. Here you are safe and secure. Right now, in this moment, you are all to yourself.

You will notice that your mental mind becomes more and more calm.

If you have difficulties with the first few attempts, be patient and give yourself the chance to develop the meditation by repeating it several times.
I will guide you into silent mediation. It's about your own personal calm and lightness.
Enjoy recharging your batteries and stop the inner and outer dialog for a while. All wishes, hopes and fears can be put aside for a moment in order to achieve deep relaxation and inner peace.

Just be.

Once you have reached the end of your desired meditation time, gently return your attention to your physical body. Stretch and straighten yourself.

Open your eyes carefully.

Feel how your body feels from your feet to your head, caress it, gently pat it awake and thank it for carrying you through life.

Get back into your body and take the new life energy with you into your everyday life the next day.

I wish you peace on earth from the bottom of my heart.
All the love

Julia

Spiritual Essence is a precisely developed, truthful and self-healing way of looking at life and bringing it into divine order - the perfect accompaniment for people who want to look into their innermost being. What this looks like for each participant is entirely individual. That is why this work is carried out in small groups or individually - everyone is picked up where they need reorientation and development.
