Hello lovelies,

In these times, it takes discipline and training to keep going inward and then further inward, to signal to our mind that it can now learn something and trust again. Our mind loves to be busy and is there to work out solutions. The ego is a natural emotional barometer that shows us whether we are on the "right" path. We create our lives with our free will.

We have once again evolutionarily acquired the freedom of choice to live with or without higher consciousness. If we listen to the impulses from the higher self, the spirit lives through us and the divine experiences itself in the form of life. We decide whether we want to live only from the mind or also from the higher consciousness. In this day and age, I see it as our task to become conscious again and to transform the abuse of power through acts of violence from ancient times into loving communication with ourselves and others. Creating and recreating with love, power and good implementation skills is a top priority for me. Our work will carry on into the generations.

There is a lot to learn and integrate. There is movement and life within the areas of the self that involve thoughts, breathing, body movement, nutrition, health, sleep or other forms of rest and recharging life energy. In addition, there are the topics of partnership, family, friendship, career/vocation, finances and, if there are animals in your life, there are also many topics that concern you.

On November 17 there will be another Transformation evening in the Allmende seminar room. Here you always have the opportunity to recharge your batteries and regroup. This is the last event of the year.

There are changes. I love working in person, but I've also learned the benefits of working online. Here I write to you about howas has developed this year. That's why there will also be more online offers. This year, for example, I flew to a few appointments. In many situations, I always like to get a personal impression of clients and their environment. I then continue to work online. With the ongoing healing treatments and coaching sessions we were then able to continue working online.

I have been working with the Spiritual Essence participants for years. At the moment we are working together online every day for two weeks and are using the emerging time to integrate the higher consciousness more and more.

It's also relaxing to make yourself comfortable online in the evening and experience transformation evenings together more often. There's something about sitting snuggled up on the couch in the dark in winter in wind and weather and recharging your batteries.

I now really enjoy working in combination with face-to-face meetings and online Zoom meetings. It saves time and you can be there from anywhere in the world.

In the coming year, I am looking forward to a good combination of personal, profound, heartfelt, face-to-face and online encounters with great offers. I am currently preparing these and look forward to accompanying you on your journey.

Healthy soul power - Transformation evenings

The last transformation evening of the year will take place on Friday, Friday November 17 at 19:45 in the Allmende seminar room.

Spiritual Essence It is about your power of escape, your personal spirituality, your spiritual abilities and perceptions. It's a very well-developed, truthful and self-healing way of looking at life and bringing it into divine order - the perfect accompaniment for people who want to look into their innermost being. Experiencing self-love, self-healing in the being of divine power is always a miracle for me. What this looks like for each participant is completely individual. The spiritual world has many facets and yet everything is one.

Afterwards you have the opportunity to deepen the healing work or animal communication and to integrate it professionally into your everyday life. This is why this work is carried out in small groups and in individual work - everyone is picked up where they need reorientation and development.
