Hello lovelies,

What an awakening of spring this weekend here in the north of Germany. Wonderful! Nature is awakening and a sigh of relief can be clearly felt and seen.

After all this rain, I'm longing for the sun. Do you too?

Yes, even our animals are in a better mood and enjoy the first rays of sunshine on their backs.

I would like to invite you to let your soul shine again, to perceive the love within you and to be in harmony with nature. The natural, divine laws are anchored within us. Just like Mother Earth, our soul has a lot of undiscovered things in store for us. What does your inner blossoming look like? How are you progressing in developing your soul power and intuition? What are your wishes and intentions from the heart of your soul?

In serving love, I help fellow human beings to awaken by personally accompanying them on their path to perceiving the reality of the soul. If you are reading this, you are on your way to living the realization of the connections between spirit, soul and body. Perhaps you are a person who is already aware of the connections and would like to bring this even more consciously here on earth?

Each person has their own pace to tackle the individual issues that need to be learned, recognized and resolved in order to unfold and embody their full life force. Your inner self is the best teacher and shows you the way. The fusion of spirit, soul and body is a blossoming of what I consider to be the most beautiful flowers we live. It is radiant, powerful and nourishing.

On March 23, I will be offering a short taster course on meditation in the Allmende seminar room in Ahrensburg.

Procedure

10:30 am: Arrival and getting to know the participants

11:00 a.m.: Healing relaxation through meditation. We try out various forms of mediation

13:00: Lunch break including the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful countryside and stretch your legs

14:00: Mini workshop - you will learn about the connections between body, mind and soul

16:00: Mediation to open your heart as a connection and fertilizer for your life

17:00: End

Spiritual Essence: It's about your mental openness, your power of escape, organizing your thoughts, clarifying your feelings and your personal spirituality with your Perceptions and Skills. Over 100 hours in almost five months in a small group will inspire your life. It's a very well-developed, truthful and self-healing way of looking at life and bringing it into divine order - the perfect accompaniment for people who want to look into their innermost being. Experiencing self-love, self-healing in the being of divine power is always a miracle for me. What this looks like for each participant is completely individual. The spiritual world has many facets and yet everything is one.

Afterwards you have the opportunity to deepen the healing work or animal communication and to integrate it professionally into your everyday life. This is why this work is carried out in small groups and in individual work - everyone is picked up where they need reorientation and development.
